In recent years, he has specialized in data center construction, developing project strategy, budget, and schedule. From design and permitting through to execution, has played a key role in few of the largest data center projects in Israel.

Over 10 years’ experience in Private Equity Real Estate and is a Founder and Partner at Capreon, overseeing and leading Investment Strategy and Transactions.
Previously at Ares Management, where he worked across multi-sector and multi-geography real estate transactions, both public and private.
Holds a First Class degree in English Literature from Queen Mary University London.

Highly skilled technical manager and electrical engineer with 27 years of practical experience in building and operating data centers.

Established several of the leading and most advanced data centers in Israel, in all aspects of E2E management.

Starting from the initiation phase to hosting the largest global and local companies in Israel.

Has led huge projects, such as the subsea cable from Israel to Italy.

Investment & Finance Manager

Omer Segol has worked in the real estate industry for 11 years, gaining experience in commercial, logistical, and residential complexes.

With his extensive experience in Real Estate Appraisal, he is passionate about further developing the plans and permits that come his way.

Omer works at NED as VP for real estate, managing the research of NED’s data center locations.

Serving most recently as the CTO of Kao Data, a sustainably focused new entrant to the DC sector, Gerard has been leading design in data centres since 1998. Along with 11 years at Digital Realty, he has overseen the development of over 200MW of capacity with a build cost of over US$1.4 billion.
